How do you fish lobster efficiently with crew?

I've tried it a couple of times, and I just find the crew way too slow and inefficient, especially when hauling and sorting the pots. I also want set the pots right back after sorting them, but I can't since the other crew member just instantly starts hauling it back up again.

The crew gets better with time you can pay for training too in port ....I never bother resetting untill i load all my pots unless im fishing crab ......so for lobster i pull every pot back in before resetting because its just too clunky like you have described
