in-game speed (Time)

The game runs at 8x speed e.g. 7.5 minutes real time is 1 Hour in game time. So 3 hours real time = 24 hours in game time.
Is there a way to make the game run in real time. i.e. so that 1 minute real time = 1 minute game time?

If the Developers read this post, could it be possible to add time compression to the game. i.e. 1x, 2,x, 4,x, 8x, (currently), 16x, 32x, 128x, 256x, 1024x, 2048x, 4096x, 8192x ?

Sorry, no plans for that yet! We have to see, as this will require a lot of re-balancing of the game

I understand it is not an easy fix or easy to implement as this has affects on other parts of the game, sorting, fuel, setting and hauling repairing etc. But it would be nice if possible some time in the future. Keep up the good work.
