Question about the "time"

Hi,
i played Fishing: Barents Sea a time ago and i had a big problem with the time in game. The drive to fish spots was very long and it was a reason to return the game.

Whats with Fishing: North Atlantic? is the time still "realistic" or how can i imagine it?

It can take hours in real time to get from port to some fishing spots, depending on how far the fishing spots are from port....

Why don't you use the fast travel option ? if you find the time it takes to sail to the fishing spots is much too long for you both fishing barents sea and fna both have options of using fast travel to get around the map.

As Wobbly said you can fast travel and if you want to get out there even faster then, once you've discovered locations out at sea, you can fast travel, basically teleport, directly to them.

Yeah, as everyone is saying... Don't make your choice based of travel time.... There is a fast travel option and unlike FBS, there's a skip time in the ocean... You can leave port, fast travel to your spot, drop lines, catch fish, and sell in the matter of minutes. So, you can go either way... long sailing or fast money... up to you.

Ah! Okay, that changes everything :) 1 or 2 years ago Bering Sea hasnt a fast travel option. Thank you for the answers!
