Thrusters??????
Can some one explain to me their purpose, how do you use them & what the blue line pointinf do south from the center of the propeller that I can rotate left or right with the 'Z' & 'C' keys & what is indicating?
I have tried to use it to capture buoys in rough seas. I have better luck leaving it a lone,
the sea states in this game are so messed up it not even funny. Going from sa wind of 18.4 kts to a win of 5.9, the seas get rougher & the waves get larger. the only time I have seen the seas calm down is when it changes to 1.1, which isn't very often.
Please help! THANKS

In the game they just move you sideways. In real life most of these boats would have bow thrusters which push water from the bow, causing you to rotate rather than just move sideways. But in game you just go sideways. Can be useful to move onto buoys like you said but takes some practice. Can also help with turning. Not sure what blue line you are referring to?
You're the first person I've seen say the sea is too rough haha. Most people complain it's too calm!

In the bottom center of the HUD display, there is a propeller to right of it the speed indicator & to the right of that is the fuel gauge. Any the propeller that is the indicator of the engine power I have a blue line pointing straight down from the center. Does that indicate the direction the thruster is pushing?

Yes, but I believe it show the direction of thrust, so you are going to go the opposite direction. Fairly certain I'm remembering right.
