Wierd Lunar bow controls

So every time I lower the net, say it gets to about 55m, starts catching fish, then immediately winds back up to 45ish metres and stops catching fish again, even though I've set controls to unwind the entire time.

for lunar bow optimum trawl speed is 4knts, so i set autopilot just below that. Still doesnt make sense how the lines retract

Just went from 56 to 38m, speed barely changed at all with both lines set to release. Doesnt make sense man!
