edit: The fish lines must have a blue border on the map, then they are ready to catch. If it is constantly red there is no fish to catch
You don't need any. Just do it exactly as Eddy McGrain explained. You wouldn't enjoy it if you started out with a lot of money and you didn't know how fishing works.
Have fun :)
If you really want to use cheats, then use the cheat engine. At the beginning you have the ship "Mikki" in Yarmouth harbor. If you haven't played the tutorial, you will have an account balance of $ 30.000,00. Open the cheat engine and click on the icon for "Select a process to open". Select "Fishing North Atlantic" from the list. Type 3000000 in the "Value" field and click on "First scan". A large list of values opens in the left window. Switch back to the game and buy a radar, for example Level 3. That costs $ 3000,00. Now you have $ 27.000,00 left. Switch back to the Cheat Engine and type 2700000 in the "Value" window and now click on "Next scan". Now there should only be two values in the left window (if there are more, then buy something more and repeat the last step). Mark the two entries in the left window and drag them into the lower window. Mark both entries there again, right click -> Change record -> Value. Now enter your value in the small window that appears. Renounce utopian values like 999999999999999999999999999999999999 !!!
Try it, for example, with 30 million -> 3000000000. Always remember that the zeros after the comma / point (cent amounts) must be entered in the values -> without a point or comma, as these are exact values within the game 4 bytes and not float values.
Example:
$ 30000,00 = 3000000
$ 15047,68 = 1504768
Personally, however, I advise you to get your own money by fishing. It is not that hard. Fast travel is, in my opinion, cheat enough.
Like everyone else said though, just play the game. If you want a specific ship make a note of your balance, cheat yourself enough in to buy and equip the ship, then put your balance back down to where it was before. There's plenty of money to be made, and if you already own the ship of your dreams and aren't really worried about maxing your profit and you're just fishing for bragging rights, it's lots of fun and actually pretty relaxing.
Being 12 years old does not prevent you from making money in this game. You will have a ton of money after you get through tuna and swordfish season. Unless off course your just asking for things to be handed to you. If that is the case then I imagine you dont like any game unless it comes with cheats. Too bad real life is not like that.
I always wonder the same thing.
