Well, for me the game does exactly the same as for Odinus.
No matter whether I'm running the Steam version or the original DVD version.
Also, it does not seem to matter which resolution I'm using.
After I doubleclick on the game item I will see the in-game cursor for a moment, then it disappears unless I am moving the cursor to the bottom of my screen. Also, I can hear the game music. As usual, I can hear that I'm breaking off the intro video by hitting "Esc". Only I can't see anything but my desktop, which means that I can't play the game anymore...
The thing is, I was able to play Drakensang right after switching to Win10. However, when I tried to run it after that very first time, I was first faced with the above mentioned problem. I tried various methods to get the game up and running again.
One that helped, initially, was to change the URL of the desktop icon to a plain "C:\[...]\Drakensang\Drakensang.exe" path (there was something more added behind the actual path but I don't remember exactly what). After I did that, I was suddenly able to play the game again. But that only worked for a few times. Then, suddenly, it reversed to the above mentioned problem.
Since I couldn't figure out how to get around that again, I bought the Steam game license to see if the game would run better without an actual DVD. And right after I had installed Drakensang via Steam, which was only a day or two ago, I was able to play it. Just that once, though. When I tried starting the game tonight, I was once again faced with the same problem. This is SO frustrating :(
Does anyone know how to solve this problem for either the DVD or the Steam version of the game?
drakensang.exe -windowed
You can also try to start it with -novideo (maybe it can't play the video vor some reason)
And you can try to delete the profile but I don't know where it is in Windows 10. The file name is profile.xml and it should be in a folder called 'profiles'.
and deleting the profile the game start but after the video return invisible and make my desktop bigger than before and if i do a screenshoot the game magically appare XD (but still invisible at my eye)
after deleted the profile the error don't appare but still can't see the game only with screenshoot appare T.T thing is incompatible with graphics
Your problem is most certainly not Windows 10 specific. Since release some player had the same problem.
You can try this solution:

Some people claim it helped while the -windowed option didn't.
And have you tried -reset?
"-novideo" at least gave me a black screen for a fraction of a second before it showed the enlarged version of my desktop and it made the in-game cursor show up permanently. Before, the in-game cursor was only visible when moved to the bottom of the screen.
Of course, that's totally useless as long as I can't see the game graphics :(
The -windowed option only works if the game starts in your native monitor resolution.
Set the your profile.xml manually to your native monitor resolution and try again with
-windowed -borderless or use the software I have linked above.

what ti mean
Try updating the drivers and removing the directx and reinstalling it if needed.
The only change with your tips is that I can see the logo now but just after the error happend (even with --novideo ) :/
