The New General quest bug
This is the part of the Stoerrebrandt walkthrough.
So i went to the Wagoner's Home with Reginald Stoerrebrandt, sneaked past Dark Eyes to the Vantage Point but nothing happened. Neisbecks didn't show up so I just stood there about 1 hour like an idiot. How do I fix that?

had the same problem, youre in the wrong position, first you have to go back and go behind the cart
