The Eye of the Goddess Mod

Curious; has anyone ever tried this mod? It add's game play after the fight on Drakensang Mountain.

Thought it was in these fourms at one time, but can now only find it listed on the old RPGwatch site, but no post play comments there.

Having beat the game, I wouldn't mind playing abit more, but wanted to see if there were any opinions of it out there.

From the original RPGWatch post: "Additionally you need a savegame on Drakensang Mountain. Installation is not possible if other savegames are used.
It is advisable to choose a savegame during the final battle against Malgorra."

So no, you won't be able to install it until your at the final Chapter. When I did it my last savegame was right before I went up onto the final battle area vs the end boss.

What it does is let you replay the final part and then instead of end credits it takes you back to Fredock to continue the game.

I stuck on faerie riddle quest in bloody mountains, can you give any advice about it?

I only have the quest list, but if you tell me what the quest write up says I should be able to remember it and what I did.

It's been awhile since I ran the mod so you'll need to refresh me on the quest.

So It starts when you travel to bloody mountains during Fit Weed and Boron's Wine to talk with Cook. If you will follow the fearie portal spawns and if you enter it you are in Realm of the Fearie location. You have to speak to bear and take items from chests to place them in another chest to from some word.
Quest description:
If I want to leave the Realm of the Faerie I have to solve a riddle first. There are four chests in this wood each containing ten items. I have to take ten of these items in total and put them into a fifth chest. The initial letters of the items reveal something that exists only in the Kosh. The animals here can give me hints to solve the riddle but each hint will lessen my reward.

I tried to follow german let's play but it seems that in german version of this mod word is different. In german version it's Kiepenkerl but it's impossible to do it in english version

Wow, all I remember about that quest is some of the items in those chests are needed to complete either the start a new vendor quest from Fredok or the one for the Trolls so you can pass their roadblock.

Pretty sure I used some of the clues from the animals to figure out what the word was.

I've asked for help over on the rpgwatch.com drakensang forum from someone that just finished the game, but on the odd chance he can't ....

What you can do is a save and then go through and ask all the animals their hints and after you get them all, go back to your first save and play through without the hints to get the full xp reward.

If you need to, you can list the hints here and I can help you. I'm thinking the word will be something like whirlweed or however it's spelled.

So these are hints:
Bear: The looked for name concerns a person
Frog: The looked for person is welcomed everywhere
Cat: The looked for person wanders from place to place
Wolf: The looked for person deals in odds and ends.
I'm sure it's about Bredo Bento but I couldn't match items to make word. I tried "traveler" and "merchant" but it didn't completed the quest.

My problem is that any manual save I chose for installing the mod is unvalid, can someone help me there?
