"Failed to join the battle. Server error."

I get Sands of Annihilation tickets from my inbox and after a few games I set up a room and some player joins and they're ready. I try to start up but It won't.

"Failed to join the battle. Server error." Every time I try to start it.

There something wrong with the servers or something? Or am I doing something wrong?
