Easter Egg Character?

Just curious, I have seen a few screenshots from people of a girl in a pink dress and black boots, looking way more modern than the other characters. One post said it was an easter egg character. I have played through the game a few times now and did all the achievements, anyone know how to trigger this easter egg if it is real?

Go in Nightmare mode, and after seeing the IMSCARED face in the mirror, you'll be sent to "his room". Once the "RUN" option appears, spam the button multiple times until the option goes away. You're welcome.

It is real and as the other said spam the run button hard. From what I know it is purely an Easter egg as a kickstarter reward.
