Keep The racing Pack in mind. EA sells those Games in a NFS Pack "racing Pack" or Something Like that.
However, if you basically stop that nonsense in its tracks, it's a surprisingly fun world to drive around, and I actually really enjoyed the story missions. It's a lot of fun. There's really only one thing I wish it had, and that's varying weather.
Heat is kind of a successor to Payback, but what'll really screw you over is the police have preternatural abilities to follow you. Unless you watch some guides, they're like a dog with a bone, you can never shake them with driving skills alone. It really makes the game a bit non-fun, nor did I care as much about the characters in the story missions. Overall, I didn't enjoy Heat as much as I did Payback, but you could kinda see they were trying. Maybe if they'd had a chance to do a third game, they'd have been able to refine what they were going for.
Also, I played Undercover a while back when I was younger, and I enjoyed it despite it being a really bad game.
Sadly, wanted to buy that one. Never finished IT either in ps3 nor PC..
but i remember IT Had great fine Tuning for Cars aß Well. Making slowpoke running better than some fast one
