(SOLVED) NFS Rivals doesn't open.
After a long time, I finally solved the problem. Here's the 2 solution:
1) Add a new microsoft account then play in there. (that worked on me)
2) Download the game from another computer and put the files on the computer you are using now. :steamfacepalm:

It is a last resort if there is no other option that can be resolved. Just as i do.
