Need for Speed™ Rivals

Game won't start
When I click play, the game icon in steam changes to running, and then 3-5 seconds later it just stops, changes back to normal, and the game doesn't start. It was previously working and just stopped one day. I tried verifying the integrity of the files, which didn't change anything, then I re-installed the game, and it's still doing it. Not sure what to do. I'm running Windows 10 home 64-bit.
Please help!

Hey, I've been finding that if I open up origin, then open up steam, then use the icon from the game install folder to run the game, it works about 80% of the time, lol

i think your CPU is too weak to run this game, and not having a dedicated GPU puts wayy more load on your CPU

I had this same problem. Looks like the game has some problem loading in 64-bit mode. You can change it to run in 32-bit (x64) in the Origin Launcher.

If that doesn't work, you may also need to install the C++ files in the game directory (assuming you clicked "No" when Windows asked you if you want to run the .exe for the first time)

Still absolutely pathetic of EA to leave this up to the user to fix.
