Missing Racer cars

All my (Racer) cars are missing besides a Koenigsegg Agera R that seems to have been modded. Was in multiplayer,2 days of play time at the time, when the car switched out on me mid drive. Cop cars have been untouched. Seemed someone intentionally did it. When i went back to the garage, all missing. Been a week or so since i've last played until now. Seems its a big fat RIP. Cant see any other threads talking about this... Done the Dlc fixes, but that isn't so much my issue of changing to singleplayer from multiplayer etc. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you at SpeedList 16? Car choices will be temporarily limited until the objectives are completed. Afterwards, all racer cars will return.

Similar thing will happen at Assignment 9 and 10.
