Keyboard Glitch

So Basically the keyboard gets stuck while playing the game no matter what. i have tried all the possible measures to it

If you mean that the game thinks you are not using the controller and only shows the Buttons for keyboard.
Try to go into the Steam Overlay and leave it a few times.

this game was made for controller, I suggest just buying one
IDK why you would want to play this on a Keyboard... games like this or Dynasty Warriors are made for controller, KB/M just for PC users, but you really should be using a controller.

I solved this problem. It can be solved by changing the screen magnification or text size (not the resolution) to 100% in the window display settings.

Just go to Start > Settings > System > Display and change it to 100%. It worked for me somehow lol
