This does not work. Probably because it launches Origin first?!
if i remember correctly, the 64 bit version crashes more likely, but the 32 bit version runs fine. btw, in options menu u can change from online, to private and even singleplayer mode. it is still "online" without a pause option, but at least u have nobody with bad internet who could cause laggs with u.
EDIT:
LOL Know what? F@ck that Sheet! I will just refund it. What a lazy port! I will not even bother in trying to see if I can do something about it. Just plain disgusting.
i assume u don't know where to put these commands, otherwise u would know how simple it is :P
Yeah, I do. I am just not in the mood to deal with this. Also, I am sure I can better expend my money elsewhere.
PS: Do this in Origin, but do not close Origin down, if it's started directly through Steam, and Steam has to launch Origin it will be just 30 FPS.
PPS: If you input 300 in Origin and don't close it down and let it be started by Steam, you might see about 200 FPS, but at the same time the camera won't follow you. You accelerate and the car moves but the camera wont. LOL
PPPS: If you previously owned the Origin version and now the Steam one as well, make sure you input the settings to both of them.
PPPPS: If you just input 144 FPS, there are no problems and the game will run smooth as butter!
PPPPPS: If you have jittering camera at high FPS you should consider lowering it down, for example, even if I could run it easily at 144 FPS mode, it might cause me epilepsy, so I lowered it down to 120 and it so much better, also, if it is still jiterry sometimes, just go 99 and there will be no more problems.
Make sure not to close Origin even if Steam would launch it for you, go with the Full Origin. Then Launch the game on Steam and have fun!
Edit: I've read on the EA forums that the cause of this is that your GPU may not be fast enough for the game which causes slow motion.
