Steering wheel support?

Hi everyone, I love racing games either arcade or sim. Got this on xbox one back in the day and would love to return on PC. Can I play with my steering Wheel or do i have to download extra software to do this? Thanks!

I played it way back when it was released and believe i had to use an emulator. I'll try it again later today maybe and see if i can get the x360ce working.

Still struggling to get it to work. I used the proper settings using the x64 x360ce and 32 bit. 32 I can get the emulator working im the directory but not in the game. When I use the 64 bit the game won't start. I dunno what is different about this release than the original but it isn't working, ill keep playing with it.
