CAN'T LAUNCH THE GAME!!!!

Can somebody please help me? I brought the game a few days ago and I am trying to play it now, but no matter what I do, the game simply does not launch, I click play, the EA app pops up for a few seconds and the game remains closed, I've tried verifying the files, unninstalling EA app and reinstalling but nothing seems to be working.

To anyone in the future facing this problem after searching the internet for a long time I found a solution after no other method worked, Search up Environment variables in the windows search bar and go to "edit environment variables for your account", delete "game data" then ok (It has to do with the mod data if you use Frosty mod Manager, in my case, there were some data on Dragon Age Inquisition from when I last played it.)

Good evening, sorry to bother you Letaks, but I don't know much about those variables and even if I try to follow the steps that you have written yourself it is impossible for me to go beyond the first step. If it doesn't bother you, would you give me a hand?

For example when I log in I have 2 options, Variables for my user and for the system, what should I do there?

there are two that appear when searching on the window, make sure you selected the edit environment variables for your account not edit environment system variables or the equivalent on your language, then a window will pop up, right on top on variables for the user there should be one called game data and a path for one game, delete it and press ok and it should work, if there isn't a game data than maybe your problem lies elsewhere.

I don't think so, I also have Heat and Most Wanted and it worked when I did this method

And I have 2015, Rivals and Payback

Maybe your problem is something else, I saw that maybe reinstalling Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 made the game launch, or installing older versions of directX
