The game doesn't start

So i bought the game yesterday and after downloading and installing it it doesn't want to start.

To make it short i click on the icon, the EA App starts, after 2 seconds the game "turns off" without ever starting (i always remain on the desktop).

I've tried everything, starting it from Steam, starting it from EA APP, redownloading it, clearing the EA APP cache, disabling firewall, checking that Steam and EA APP are connected, and more... nothing works.

Everything is updated (drivers, O.S. , etc.) no antivirus active. This is the only game that causes this problem.

Has anyone solved it? Because otherwise i will ask for a refund

Game refunded, pretty disappointed cause the game looks great but if i cannot even start it and nobody got a solution... well money dont grow on trees.

I found a solution!!!

You have to go to the app's system settings and repair all "Microsoft Visual C++".
Then restart your PC and the game will run.

At least that's how it was for me.

Eh, fact is i've refunded, maybe i'll try again when it will go on discount again, maybe. And anyway its not sure it will work.

Instal microsoft visual c++ 2019 new version. will fix it.

Nah, it wont fix a thing cause i've already installed ALL Visual c++ while i was tryin to figure it out how to start the game. Honestly i dont think "repair" every single version of Visual C++ would make any difference.

In any case there should not be all of these problems for a videogame to start.

No it wont fix it, already tried it as i said. And this also applies to others like me who have tried this method.

Just to be clear i already had every version of Visual C++, also tried to unistall them, repair them, installing just some of them... nothing.

So please, lets cut with this "Visual C++ install will solve your problems", cause thats not true.

Guys, you search your EA app which pre-install, log in your EA acc.
Just start steam, then EA app, then launch the game in EA app, can work.

This is a little late but I found a solution
Search up Environment variables in the windows search bar and go to "edit environment variables for your account", delete "game data" then ok then restart pc (It has to do with the mod data if you use Frosty mod Manager)
