Get rid of the EA app requirement and there is literally $500 - $600 worth of games that I would buy immediately which are published by EA. I won't even consider your games when that atrocious app is a mandatory requirement.

I've gotta agree. Just got this for my Deck to play offline and the EA App will under no circumstances start the game offline -- even if I start the game with an internet connection. It is completely unlike Steam's Offline Mode.

I'll keep the game and play it with a connection, but the app has made sure this is the last EA game I'll ever buy. (At least it only cost ~$4.)
