So "Deluxe Edition" does NOT include "all DLC cars bundle"???

Nope. I just bought it yesterday and it comes with:

- Speedcross Missions DLC
- High Roller Pack
- Platinum Edition Car Pack
- a custom Mini Cooper
- a custom Infiniti Q60 S

The other 4 DLC in the store are separate purchases if you want them.

Bought Deluxe Edition + All Cars Pack DLC.
All Cars Pack already includes both DLCs from store page: Pontiac Firebird & Aston Martin DB5 Superbuild Bundle and Chevrolet Colorado ZR2, Range Rover Sport SVR & Alfa Romeo Quadrifoglio Bundle
But on store page doesn't show I own first 2 DLCs. It shows only on Steam library DLC page.
So don't buy first 2 DLCs, buy All Cars Pack DLC instead.
