Can't start the game
When I try to start the game , it says "lack vcruntime140.dll"and"msvcp140.dll"

It is very simple, just download and install both x86 and x64 bits of C++ on the link below:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784

If this does not fix the problem, then run prompt by admin, then type sfc/scannow.
Wait to finish then restart the computer.
