[Solved for OP] Getting together 4 Players for a Ranked Speedlist...

I am trying to get the two multiplayer mode achievements

First Strike is Deadly
Complete all 5 events in a single Speedlist

The Climb
Complete 10 events in Ranked Speedlists

where you need to complete a total of 10 Ranked Speedlist events. Note you only need to take part in them NOT win them. This means only two Speedlists of 5 races each will need to be completed. These races are in the disciplines Race, Drift and Offroad.

How to get into the Ranked Speedlist sever in multiplayer mode:

• When playing single player i.e. solo mode (hit Tab-key), or from the main menu: select "Multiplayer"
  
• then select "Speedlists".
  
• Then on the next page, at the bottom under "My Speedlist Loadout", select
  3 cars for the modes Race / Offroad and Drift.
  (Next time you enter this menu, the game will have remembered the vehicles of your choice.)
  
• Once you have that sorted, selected the button in the top/middle: "Ranked Speedlist".
  
• If there is no one else playing, this will launch a new multiplayer Ranked Speedlist server.
  
• Or, if there is at least one other server already running, it will connect to that server (where I am presently waiting).
  
• The minimum number of players required is *4*. So far I have seen one (just now two) other player(s).

Notes:

• If you are going for the achievements, i.e. complete 10 events, you only need to complete 2 Ranked Speedlists (of 5 races each).
  
• And fear not, if you are interested in the achievements, you do NOT have to win, plus I am crap at online races anyway ;).
