Following many tips I had installled many versions of the Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Package. That inclued x86 and x64 Packages.
After seeing https://answers.ea.com/t5/EA-Services-General-Questions/MSVCP120-dll-is-missing/td-p/5809215/page/4
I figured that under "Install / Remove Programs" I will just UNINSTALL all x64 versions of the 2013 library (2015-2022 library stayed), so that at the end I had only one single entry left of the MSVC++2013 (x86) library.
After that the game started.
