Is the game playable without EA account?

I am looking at buying this game without an EA subscription, do I get the full game? No need to have an EA account / log in with anything, subscribe or anything like that?

Just want to play the game without any hassle

You don't have to subscribe to EA Play or anything like that if you own the game. But you are forced to log in to an account to activate the game on the EA App to play it. Rockstar Games, Ubisoft, CDPR also do the same thing. ( Rockstar Games Launcher, Ubisoft Connect and GOG Launcher )
