Directory Creation Error

How I can fix that?
Error trying to find the Directory for the Game Config File :
C:\Users\Surik\OneDrive\?????????\Criterion Games\\Need For Speed(TM) Most Wanted\
This means that you will not be able to save your configuration settings, but the game will run with the default

:I really don't feel confident about this solution for all, but for me it worked.

The problem was in the directory for a config file. The right directory for this file must appear like this:


C:\Users\User_Name\OneDrive\ Documents \Criterion Games\Need for Speed(TM) Hot Pursuit Remastered



But I have the same directory except for one thing:


C:\Users\User_Name\OneDrive\ Документы \Criterion Games\Need for Speed(TM) Hot Pursuit Remastered


I started to guess that the problem was in the name, because the error pointed to the wrong directory name (?????????):

To fix this, I had to open OneDrive in a browser and rename the name of this folder there.
After that it all works, even my old save game works!

So, the solution is:
1. Open One Drive folder
2. Click Right Mouse Button on Documents folder and choose:
OneDrive - View online
3. Rename folder "Документы" (or whatever it is in your case) to " Documents "
4. Refresh folder
5. Start the game

Note that OneDrive must be at least connected, because as it turned out,
these directories work correctly only when it is connected.

i would like to know what to change your documnets folder to in case u have only 2 question marks because your ones dont work
