Fullscreen Fix

[Quiiverr]

If you are unable to enter fullscreen on Need For Speed: Most Wanted 2012, right click the game on your desktop (not Steam), and press "Properties". In URL type "Fullscreenborderless=true". If this doesn't work, you could press Alt + Enter to force the window into fullscreen (Thank you Herodotus!). This method requires you to do it every game session. If you find any other fixes, let the thread know!

When you open the properties window there will be a field marked URL, next to it will be something along the lines of "steam://rungameid/(numbers)"

Didn't work for me, though thanks for the suggestion. I found just pressing ALT+ENTER in-game is the fastest fix.

Didn't work for me, though thanks for the suggestion. I found just pressing ALT+ENTER in-game is the fastest fix.

In Steam, in your library, click on the game. On the right side is a cog icon. Click it and chose the bottom option - properties. In General is Launch Options. Paste/type in Fullscreen=true
That works fine every time for when you launch from steam.
Also the above works for any other steam games that want to stay windowed, when you want them to start full screen.
