Infinite loading screen on certain races

Hi all. So I don't have the issue that a lot of people have where the game doesn't start. Instead, on certain races, I get an infinite loading screen and the races won't load. I just bought the DLC for the game last week, and I don't remember this being an issue before then. However, I'm not attempting to launch DLC missions or use DLC cars currently.

There was a thing on the EA forum that recommended altering your EA account info as a weird workaround, but when I try to do that, the two step authentication won't send me an email to verify my identity lol. Any suggestions on either issue would be appreciated
