Can't launch game "Invalid License"

Just bought the game and keep getting this error when i launch it

Invalid license. Reason code = Missing DLL:[XINPUT9_1_0.dll] error 0xC1

Reinstalled directX and vcruntime twice, didn't work
Installed Xinput files manually into system32 and sysWOW64, didn't work
Installed Xinput files directly into origin's directory and the game's folder, also didn't work

I just paid for the game and i have no idea what to do to fix this

hey there, was able to fix the issue yesterday, deleted every directX file from system32 and sysWOW64 and reinstalled them all at once, thx for answering tho, good to keep it marked
