I missed the dog??

Im at the farmlands and I THINK I should have the robodog by now. What do I do? Reversing the train is a complete waste of fuel.

DID YOU do the .. City Train-depot ??? ... You can miss not him if you were there and went thru double doors to the back room. IF So .. I personally will say Bad Luck on your Part.

If you have already descended into the swamp and the ladder has fallen under you, then you will not be able to return and you need to complete this location, after which you can start a new game + and take the robot. If you have just entered the location, then you can go in reverse and take the robot. But take an extra c4 and in the city location do not cross the fork in the railway tracks, so that you can quickly return to the swamp location.
