Actually it's rheumatoid arthritis, it affects the inflammation of the tissue connecting joints. it'd be helpful if there was a single button dodge backwards like pressing Space + S at the same time. Even if you just needed to double tap S
Timing is the same but instead of dodging which takes stamina simply walk through the zombie. Thats right. Just step forwards. walk turn and whack. This avoids using stamina and saves it for when you need to run!
