bugged wrench

i got the wrench, combined the 10mm socket, and when i go to use it on the b4 vent it just dosen't work, anyone else come across this?

You don't select 'use' on the wrench from the inventory if that's what you're doing. Click on the vent to approach it and then, iirc, click on the square "nut" in the middle.
