WIndowed mode question

How do I unlock the cursor from the game screen? Disabling fullscreen optimzation didn't work. I like to game on one monitor and work on another, but the game won't let me move my cursor to my other monitor.

Hello, you should be able to get back your cursor when opening Steam overlay. Not sure there is a better way
