Plate of Eternity bug

I was playing normally in nowhere, until I picked up all the plates and when I went to put them all on the door, the plate of eternity ended up disappearing. After that I went to talk to Itou and got the rifle, I thought it was something that was prevented just so I wouldn't lose the item, but when I went back, she wasn't there, I went through my inventory and the trunk and nothing was there, I went through all of them. the plate locations and there was absolutely nothing, I tried correcting the file and reinstalling and I have no idea what I could do to avoid having to restart an entire run

Hello, you can save on many slots instead (like one main and few minor saves between chapters or each time to the right/left of your previous save, etc.).

I don't have saves on my computer to check but maybe you can look on your local files for this game if there are save backup files done by the game that could be previous this move and allow you to not have to redo it all

You could try enabling the debug mode and give yourself (with the "give" command) the missing item.
