How to kick?
I must be dense but I can't figure out how to kick a downed enemy as indicated by the gun manual, and apparently it's the only way to finish them off permanently. i can't progress very far into the game because of this. There is no "kick" key indicated anywhere in the game. Could someone help me out?

That was it, thanks. I couldn't figure it out in part because the aiming system sometimes doesn't register enemies as possible targets. Also, because you have to holster the gun to kick.
