I have a theory that the mc we play is not the real girlfriend of Ariane and she died long time ago, but Ariane got too attached so she made her Replika go through this hell in the Sierpinski, not even remembering who Ariane is, but following her order to "remember the promise".

Not at all. Ariane encounters and interacts with only one single LSTR unit in her whole life.
The narrative revolves around false memories because of the way Replika minds are constructed (Gestalt neural pattern -> Replika), and also Ariane's Elster has both a Gestalt's and a previous model LSTR unit set of memories inside her mind as well.
