I thought I've read before that she could be found where I located her, so...

Nope, this is definitely new! Comes with new lore entry too!
Someone reported finding her a couple hours ago on reddit!
They uploaded a video of the encounter & the new lore log:

In reference to 'nother', the first 'new room' they discovered might not be new though?
When you enter the final boss room, immediately go back out,
and you're suddenly in ADLR's office, with 3 alternate journal entries about LSTR.
Also apparently a rifle appears in there, but only if you missed it earlier in the game.

The new readable is just reiterating stuff already in other notes throughout the game, so nothing new there, but that piece of ARA dialogue where she says "What, you don't remember me? Did you hit your head?" basically confirms what I've been saying for nearly an year that there has been a previous LSTR unit, and possibly even the LSTR Gestalt, that has been on the mine before the events on Sierpinsky we see (looking for Alina Seo no doubt). Which is a big piece of evidence, considering people always used to counter me with those notes where it says that an LSTR unit was supposed to come, but ultimately didn't. Well, someone looking like an LSTR DID come before after all!
This confirms the Kolibris which think ADLR is crazy because he claims to have seen an LSTR-looking unit running around are wrong, and actually ADLR is not hallucinating this particular detail!
This adds more on the pile of evidence in refutation to dream/time loops.

Yeah the new lore log is like a summary for why there are 'Known Replika Issues' files in the first place. ARAR's statements also lines up with the stuff found in that other secret room I mentioned in spoiler above, 3 different apparent timelines for LSTR in 3 different journals from ADLR. That alone makes me think maybe that later secret room is also from this patch after all.

Thank you for posting this! I'm currently playing my second playthrough on switch and I was going crazy looking for the bunker. I played my first playthrough recently on pc, so I was very confused as to why she wasn't there.
