Sword safe puzzle, I need help?

I am currently soft-locked in this game with a puzzle that can't be solved, and I'm looking for anyone who can help me escape this horrible idea for this section of the game.

When I tune into the radio, it tells me this code: 83182

And the keypad looks like this:
ABR
NEK
SHZ
F

But whenever I access "Memory" and read the "Sword" message, which you are meant to use to solve the puzzle, it makes no sense at all, and I can't figure out how anyone can get the answer from this madness.

If anyone can chime in with guides or help, or even the answer, that would be most grateful, because right now, I can't play the rest of this game because of this puzzle.

It's pretty simple, the SWORD paper tells you which letter is which number (example: F=0, A=8, etc.) Then you just do the code from the Sword frequency. Also keep in mind that the keypad has the "numbers" placed differently (so "A" which would be for example "8" is where the number "1" would be) Hope that helped.
