Female protag only?

Hey I was wondering if there was like a diff campaign for a male protag or maybe you can choose your protag option?

There is no character selection or customisation. Custom characters are not oft used in the survival horror genre, and while some games like RE did feature multiple characters like RE1 and RE2, there is only one character you control here.

The story in this game is very directly linked to the character you control, so it'd make little sense to control anyone else.

yeah this. actually i think Adler is the only male in the game. Every other replikant model is female, Araine is female, Isa female, etc etc.

The only males in the game are Adler and that random guy in the Rotfront medical records. No way to play as a male

There are reviews on Steam that say "lesbian kino" and "lesbian Silent Hill 2 in space" so you're not wrong.
