Feet?

The lack of feet I find weird, on the robots, sure it could make sense to give them gimp nubs. But even the Gestalts don't have feet, why do you guys think that is? Has to be a stylistic choice right?

This game is a masterpiece. It's a shame that this is a deal breaker for you, but I guess there's been weirder reasons why someone won't play something.

Masterpiece, thats way too high of a praise, but if you put it next to Calisto Protocol, then yeah, i guess you have a point. Wierder reasons, well, the body is a wierd thing that feels wierd feelings and some of us, dont feel like we want to reward a horrendously hideous looking style, art and design in this game but if you put that aside, then yeah, the game looks wonderfull, i like it very much but its been made very very unpleasant to look at so its not for us unfortunately. Oh well, the dev can go for a more pleasing style, art and design in the sequel and make humanoids not only look atleast bareable but also have them not appear as unlucky WW2 veterans, circumventing the laws of physics somehow.

There's nothing horrendously hideous about the art style. The absence of feet might be a little strange, but it's am extremely minor detail. Again, you're missing out on a genuine masterpiece if you're avoiding buying because of something tiny like this. Also, conventional feet are not required for walking upright, although they do make it easier.

I mean the overarching themes of the game. Music and dance are some of the more prominent. The most famous ballet in the world (Swan Lake) is used in solving a puzzle and maybe there are some others. It just feels like the most obvious explanation to me really.
