If you liked it, I do recommend a second playthrough. You will notice far more details on a second playthrough than in your first.
It's pretty easy if you accept that half the time you just run past enemies...if not most the time. Which is dumb, but by design.
Every game has it's variety to that basic rule, but generally that is what I expect. Seeing Signalis and assuming I paid $20 for 10 hours of game play, for THIS particular game, I would say it is worth it., though. Quality of game-play made up for the 2:1 ratio.
Do you also never watch any movies? Because a movie is only 1-2 hours long and it usually costs more than 10€ to go the cinema.
Or how about getting food. If I eat something, Im done in 10-15 minutes. Not really worth then to pay money for it according to your rule.
