need help with the sword puzzle

I know I need the right signal, but I think I missed the note that tells you the signals. I believe the right code 92380/KNBHE but its not working. Am I screwed?

There are only six stations, so just try them all. If none of them work then you've missed a part of this puzzle.

This is what my list looked like for example, but frequencies are randomized each run (except for their order), so 225 might not work for you.

Frequencies are randomized each time. You need to open your own document to check what it is. Then you connect to the Sword Frequency (in case of my document 225.000), get the numbers from it, and then translate these numbers using the Sword document you find near the surgery door.

Let me know if this helps.

So:

Step 1. Connect to the Sword Frequency found in the Frequencies document you should've obtained earlier.

Step 2. Get the numbers from it.

Step 3. Compare those numbers to the SWORD document you find in the hospital near the door leading to the surgical suite, the one that requires 5 keycards. The missing letter is always F.

Step 4. Input the resulting letters into the safe.

If you somehow missed the document (in which case I assume you also bruteforced the Tree safe? The one with the card to the elevator that allowed you to get to the hospital in the first place), you can simply try the last frequency that gives you any numbers, should be somewhere around 220 and 250.

I got 92380 from frequency 245.00, which i translated to KNBHE but that isnt working. I'm not sure if I'm just reading the cipher wrong or getting the wrong frequency. Sorry if my questions are stupid.

No its fine lmao, okay, so the frequencies are all randomized for each person, look for the frequencies document and turn on the radio, tune it to that frequency etc, then look at the SWORD document page with the scratched out numbers and letter, That one is not random so i will help you as best i can, for example 1 = A, 2 = N, 3 = B, 4 = H, You get the idea, and the missing letter is always F, so 8 = F, With this in mind get a note pad or whatever makes this easier, write down the numbers you get and then look at the SWORD document, look CAREFULLY and make sure you get the right letters, then make sure you input the correct letters as well, thats about all i can tell you and im sorry if this dosent help

Never mind. The alphabetic pad doesn't correspond to the sword document. My sword document was:

A N B
H S R
Z F K
E

my alphabetic pad was:

A B R

S H Z
* F rtn

So, anyone thinking that the alphabetic pad and document correspond with each other, they don't. The letters are positioned differently on both.
