Antenna puzzle game breaking bug?

On the Blue disquet puzzle I can't rotate to the right either ROT-C anymore. Even though I found out that the antenna I'm looking for is 43, after sending the magpie signal and goint to the magpie box room the radio frequencies don't do anything.
Is this a bug (game breaking) or am I missing something?

Yeah, I had to load to an earlier save to get past this.

Same - luckily I saved before this bug and aim to try to get past it. Verifying just in-case seemed to not resolve the issue. So hopefully the bug gets patched soon - has anyone raised this on the bugs list?

I know this is super old but I ran into this thread with a google search. If anyone else finds this my friend saved then reloaded to fix the issue.

Hi, just had this issue too on PS5.
Solved it by uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Now I can turn the handles of the antenna dishes again, and I'm unstuck. Didn't have an older save to go back to. Whew !
