For whatever reason, Signalis was priced at R$37 as a placerholder.
R$ 59,99 is Valve's 2022 table's suggested regional price for U$19.99 games:

It's the same price as Moonscars that was released last month (September 27th), both games are managed by Humble Games:

You can see in the price history that Moonscars didn't have a price increase, it always cost R$59.99 (($19.99)).
I mean no need to be rude, while the price raise is not even high I still believe is a problem to a game release release with a different price in the first couple hours , but thanks to other posts it seams to be a steam issue and not the devs fault.
