Replayability?
What kind of replayability does this game have if any?

There seems to be multiple endings, unless the game is simply messing with me by having the "Ending: X" stat. Other than that not sure yet, doesn't seem to be any unlocks for same save like in REs where you can unlock infinite ammo guns and such.
I haven't finished the game yet (I've only just reached a flashback with a subway), but my gut is telling me that it might be going with the Silent Hill 2 method of multiple endings: that is, random hidden decisions made while playing. Once I saw that one of the VERY limited inventory spaces was taken up by a photograph of the reason why the protagonist was in this hellscape, it sorta clicked. I get the feeling whether you keep that photo in your inventory as opposed to the box will affect the ending you get.

I can't say on the end end of the game, but it's going to be longer than I thought it'd be since when I got what I was thinking was an ending, I wasn't actually done. I can't comment too much since I've only gotten to AN ending, but it would seem the game is more than it might seem at first.

Once you finish your first run, you should start a new one to get new experience.

I finished first run and now my "ending" is the new beginning of the second run.
I reached chapter 1 and 2 in first run.
After new game start, I started in chapter 3 so I think it is worth to replay it to see what is changing there.

For me everywhere is now meat blocking doors

It's too bad there weren't a few little extras like infinite ammo, or outfits. Oh well.

The game is just messing with you, it doesn't actually "end" after the first credits roll. As far as I can tell, it's always part of the game, regardless of the actual ending you get so rather than starting a new game it's just continuing the story in chapter 3.
