Sword Safe

I have the "sword" paper you find in the 5-keys door room, but I think I didn't pick up the one with all the frequencies for all the safes...and I'm pretty sure it's in the B2 floor (which at the moment I can't return to), so...am I ♥♥♥♥♥♥?

Do I have to try solving the puzzle with each single data frequency I pick up now?

There is a paper where you have letters and numbers and from that you will know what buttons you have to press.
You have to look what number is what letter and then press it even when it is looking different on the safe.
Listen to radio -> read paper -> try combination -> an open safe

Example:

Thanks but I immediatly figured out the solution, problem was I didn't know which of the frequencies to go for, since I missed the paper on the second floor and the frequency number is randomized in each single playthrough.

So I had to try every single one until I got the correct one (and, of course, it was the last lol)
