Stuck on a specific wall safe
I'm stuck on the Sword wall safe at the moment. I've figured out the frequency code of 51289 but it doesn't seem like it corresponds to the letters available on the keypad. At least not by a simple number cipher or by their placement on the pad. Anybody figure this bit out yet?

There's a piece of paper which you need to pick up, I forgot where, which has a sword on it and two elements: On the left side, you have letters, on the right you have numbers. There's one letter missing, and several numbers, but the numbers follow regular keypad layout.
So you need to take that paper, take the number you received over the radio, go to the safe. Take a look at the safe, figure out which letter is missing on the paper, and then convert the numbers into letters, to open the safe.

I found it, thanks! There was a whole section I'd actually missed that had the paper in it. It was the door in the bottom left of the East corridor. There's a paper that has all the radio frequencies that correspond to wall safes I'm not sure where to find that, but if you've already picked it up, papers you've picked up previously can be viewed next to the radio in the inventory. If not, it's 240 for the sword safe but you'll need that paper eventually

By the way, the actual values seem to be randomized, so they're not directly copyable. For example, my sword is at 232 kHz and has a different number.

My problem is I figured out how the puzzle works...but apparently I didn't pick up the document with all the frequencies on the previous floor...am I screwed? lol

Well, there aren't that many useful frequencies. Start from the top of the band and go down, and write down the numbers, translate them into code and see if they work. I think that the paper with the frequencies might just make your life a bit easier, if you don't want to go hunting for each frequency.

My code is 60585
which should be RESHS
Unless I am doing something wrong, or the letters are randomized too.

Can you send the screenshot of what your sword memo document looks like?

This can be ignored, I double checked what I was doing and I just had it wrong.
