Length of the game?

The games it was inspired by like Silent Hill and Resident Evil were around 2 hours if you were speed running and around 6-10 hours if you didn't know where everything was.

I think that's probably a good estimate but we won't know until it releases unless devs weigh in.

6-12h Depending how you play it. But i would said roughly around 8 to 10.

For me it was 12 hours the first time on mid difficulty. Then 6 hours on low and 8 on survival runs.

10 hours on Survival first playthrough (Steam time, not in-game). I dont know if i was doing something wrong or what but, despite having played almost every survival horror that comes to your mind, i had a somehow difficult time with this one.

Survival on first run is badass and a bit reckless to be honest. It's a big challenge because of many reasons.

Well I myself stand proud at nearly 24h while playing on normal.
Actual play-time (I assume out of ESC menu) was 15h
I was playing very carefully and thought about things a lot, reloaded the game few times to get better results, spent a good hour just gathering myself after few emotional moments, yadda yadda.

So I say anything between 10 to 12h in normal circumstances.
