Oh cool, I didn't realize that was a real gun. Thanks. And here I was giving the devs credit for a cool gun design. Now that I look at the screenshot it's in again, I notice the other gun on there appears to be just a regular ass 9mm pistol - disappointing.
It's putting effort into small details like the look of your equipment that helps immerse players in your fiction. When you try to use modern day guns in a far future setting, that's when you lose me.
Why not have modern day space ships or other vehicles in the sci-fi setting too? And not as easter eggs or antiques or something, but being actively used by characters. Why design a unique shuttle vehicle for the game when you can just copy/paste the american space shuttle?
I guess if you're willing to put up with small imperfections. Me, I think having imperfections like that is a red flag that signals there may be imperfections elsewhere in the game. Sometimes that's not the case and the artist(s) simply don't put a ton of emphasis on design detail and want/need to cut corners, but sometimes it points to wider problems.
I'm personally not willing to take that risk, at least not until the game is on a huge sale and has a ton of favourable reviews under its belt.
Edit: I must've been thinking of some other game. Guess they haven't said anything about pricing yet after all.
Lawl it's mr. comedian again. Don't quit your day job quite yet, though.
The game literally is here to serve me, the customer, yes. If it doesn't serve the customer, it doesn't make money. Not brain surgery there, bud.
P.S. crack a dictionary and look up what "entitlement" means. It doesn't mean what you think it means.
Multiply that by the other dozens of people who are turned off by the developers of the game not designing original assets for their setting, and compound that with all the friends they would've recommended it to.
Super simple math + common sense.
just recommend the game? are you influencer?
just because gun design? lol
pistol is pistol to me its just regular revolver like pistol
